• Directly from you in person, by telephone, fax, e-mail or post
• From the workshop enrolment form when you are enrolled on one of our workshops

• When we provide you with our services
• When we send you information promoting our services
• We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your consent. However, for the purpose of providing our services to you we may need to disclose your personal information to:-
• The venue when you attend any of our workshops
• Debt collection services
• Where specifically required by law

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by writing to us. We do this to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
